This past fall, my general doctor referred me to a few different specialists within his “network. After 3 months of misc visits, I received a rather thick envelope in the mail from the medical center informing me of a $970 outstanding bill! Needless to say I was extremely concerned & caught off guard. I brought that paperwork into Laurel & within moments she was on the phone with not only my insurance provider, by also the medical center here in town. After some detective work, she found that my medical visits had been billed incorrectly & in all actuality I didn’t owe a cent (whew)! Needless to say Laurel is my own personal hero & the fact that she did this for me without a second thought assures me that when & if I need her help in the future, she’ll be there to answer any questions & clear up any confusion I might have!
