Organized, attention to details, thorough needs analysis and providing excellent customer service are just a few words that describe Carolyn’s strengths as an agent whose primary goal is to always meet the needs of her clients.

After spending a good portion of her professional career being the right arm to high level executives, along with her passion for working with clients on a one on one basis, she made the decision 10 years ago to broaden her horizons and become a licensed agent and step into the health insurance industry.  A decision she has never regretted.  She loves sitting down with clients and helping them to identify their needs and find a plan to meet those needs within their budget.  She gives the same energy and focus to a single individual as she does when working with a business owner with many employees.  Although she is an agent representing many carriers, Carolyn’s primary goal is to be an advocate for her clients.  This was strongly evidenced when she once helped a client resolve a $32,000 billing dispute with a health insurance carrier. 

At the age of 9, Carolyn found her desire to participate and help others in her community by organizing her first fundraiser for the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethon.   Since then, Carolyn has enjoyed organizing and participating in many fundraising events for Non-Profit organizations.  She has been a Loaned Executive for the United Way Campaign for Whatcom County, organized very successful teams for the March of Dimes and participated with the Special Olympics.

Away from the office, Carolyn loves spending time with her 5 grandchildren.  They are amazing source of pride and joy for her.  She relaxes by spending time out at the beach enjoying beautiful sunsets, spending time with her beautiful golden retriever, working out at the gym and when time permits enjoys hiking up at Mt. Baker.  Although very serious about her work and taking care of her clients, she has a very playful and fun side to her and rarely misses an opportunity to share a joke or tell a story….even if it is about herself.
